His love for the kitchen was born in Cleveland, Ohio, in his grandmother’s home, where meals were a language of love. After his parents’ divorce, cooking became his refuge—a way to recreate warmth, connection, and comfort. That early imprint still guides every plate he creates.
Chef Scott’s path led him to Johnson & Wales in Charleston, followed by high-energy kitchens in Las Vegas and pivotal roles in innovation and brand development for Certified Angus Beef and Nestlé Professional. He’s cooked for names like LeBron James, Will Smith, and two U.S. Presidents, and made appearances on Hell’s Kitchen, The Food Network, and ABC. Yet, despite a resume built on prestige, his heart never left the intimacy of a home kitchen.

After losing both parents and grandparents to cancer, and supporting his niece through her own journey as a childhood cancer survivor, Chef Scott’s work took on deeper meaning. He’s also dedicated years to teaching special needs students, finding purpose in making every experience—whether in the kitchen or community—matter.
