Chef Scott and his team were outstanding! Our local church held a beach party and he personally designed an amazing dinner featuring several incredible appetizers, side dishes, a choice of two main courses, peach cobbler and made-on-site fresh ice cream. He was an excellent communicator ahead of time to make sure that he understand the nature of the event, the interests of the attendees, anything that would be helpful in personalizing the event to maximize the experience. He took care of all food/drink, dishes, flatware, set up, clean up, and he was an amazing host. He was friendly with all of the guests and they were so impressed with not only his food, but also, the presentation, and the overall experience. I will use him again for any catering or special events. I have no hesitation in recommending him. I cannot overstate how important it is for him to talk to you as the host and to plan the menu and the evening ahead of time so that your event is a shining success. 100% approval rating from me. My guests continue to text and email me about what great food and what a wonderful evening they had.
